If you are interested in managing major property investments while working with large financial institutions and high profile clients, then BSc Real Estate Finance is the degree for you.

The Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF) is a unique and forward-thinking educational charity, established to support Real Estate & Planning education at Henley Business School, University of Reading. RREF will support you to achieve your full potential and become the best in the industry.

The first two years of this course are designed to introduce and develop core concepts and practical skills in Real Estate and Planning. Students on all Real Estate and Planning courses are enrolled on the same compulsory modules in the first and second years.
In your second year, you’ll be able to select one optional module.
In your third year, your modules will focus on investment and finance subjects and address both the theoretical and practical aspects of real estate markets. You’ll undertake a number of applied investment and finance projects to develop analytical and key employment skills. You’ll also have the flexibility to customise your learning through selecting two optional modules.
